Hello to my viewer!
I would like to give a shout out to my one viewer! Together with my one viewer and only sister I recently learned how to defend myself against potential attackers. It was incredibly thereputic to elbow, knee, and gouge full force at a 6+ ft tall padded assailant who looked like this:
His groin was low to the ground and hard as a rock, but I kicked it as if it was real... I owe him a debt of gratitude for allowing me to finally land a solid blow on a real person! Now I know that I can do it if I need to!
